Step-by-Step guide to make ringtone for iPhone freely

Although you can buy ringtones from iTunes, you can also make ringtones for your iphone for free. This tutorial will show you how to convert any unprotected audio file (wav, mp3, etc) into a ringtone.

Step 1: Download the iPhone ringtone creator (Windows version or Mac version) and install it.

Step 2: Find files.
Get access to the mp3 or wav file that you want to convert to a ringtone. In my example, I am looking for a rock drummer loop as a ringtone for my friend who is a monkey percussionist.

Step 3: Add files into the iphone ringtone maker

Step 4: Pre-listen and set audio segment.
Click "Play" button, then drag and drop the start and end slider to get the audio clip you want.
